If you need to cancel a session for whatever reason, you can do so by visiting the “Sessions List” tab and clicking the red "Cancel" button to the right of the appointment start time. An email notification will send to your provider notifying them of the canceled session. Depending on your provider’s policies, you may be charged for missing a session, and/or impromptu cancellations. We recommend asking your provider for his or her no-show and cancellation policies.
