To view your provider's availability, go to your "Provider's List" and click the "View Provider's Availability" link next to your provider's name. A calendar will then appear. Any blue events on the calendar are your provider's available time. If there are no blue events listed in the calendar, this means your provider hasn't set their available time to request from.

 

If you do see blue available time slots and you want to request a session, click the blue event you would like to request a session during. A modal window will then appear asking you to enter the time you would like to schedule the session for and what time zone. After done, click the "Request Session" button. You provider will then receive an email notification letting them know of your request. He or she will then approve or decline the session request, and you will be notified via email notification when this has taken place.
