If you go to your Patients List> Pending Patients, any outstanding invites you have sent will be listed here. You can also see the email address you sent the invitation to confirm it was sent to the correct email.


If your patient says she hasn't received the email, please suggest that she check her Spam folder and/or search for an email from connect@mytelemedico.com. You can also re-send the invitation by re-inviting the client using the "Invite Clients" button.
