If a patient accepts your invitation, you will receive an email notification letting you know that that patient has accepted.


All patients you have invited that haven't yet accepted the invitation will appear in your Patients List under Pending Patients. From here, you can also see the email address you sent the invitation to confirm it was sent to the correct email. If your patient says he/she hasn't received the email, please suggest that he/she check their Spam folder and/or search for an email from connect@mytelemedico.com.


Once the invitation is accepted, that patient will move to your Patients List.
